An homage to our iconic Psion products of the 1990's; Planet computers aims to bring pocketable computers back into users hands. The Astro Slide is the latest addition to the range. Using the innovative RockUp sliding hinge, 5G connectivity and a physical keyboard that completely disappears when not in use, it is the ultimate on the move productivity device.
As pioneers of 'folding' phone technology with the Psion Series 3, 5 and 7. therefore were commissioned to bring the usability of a laptop into the form factor of a smart phone, the RockUp hinge was developed in house to allow a slim form factor, with a slide out physical keyboard to turn the device into a pocketable laptop.
