Winnow Vision is the first time that AI has entered the professional kitchen at scale. This is a breakthrough product in the fight against food waste. From day one, Winnow Vision offers improved data accuracy by validating each food waste entry, providing richer insight to help teams reduce waste. As more image data is gathered, Winnow Vision becomes smarter, eventually reaching full automation.
Winnow came to us to to help turn their field tested prototypes into robust, yet sleek, production items which would fit in the demanding professional kitchen environment. we had to ensure that the final design was not only capable of lasting in a high pace kitchen environment, but also integrate perfectly as an artificial member of the kitchen team.
